Indoor Activity Data Collection App "Slaia"

It is possible to quickly cycle through the PDCA process, including issue identification, policy planning, and effectiveness measurement!

"Slyar" is an app that allows employees of stores and facilities to collect behavioral data simply by activating and carrying it around. The app accumulates, quantifies, and visualizes the behavioral data of employees indoors obtained from it. By combining AI-powered PDR technology with geomagnetism and beacons, it achieves "improved positioning accuracy" and "orientation information acquisition." Additionally, because it combines AI positioning technology with various sensors in smartphones, it can be implemented with a minimal number of beacons. 【Features】 ■ Analysis and visualization of activities occurring indoors ■ Acquisition of positioning accuracy and orientation information ■ Acquisition of orientation data ■ Easy download from app stores ■ Reduction of initial implementation costs ■ Shortening of the implementation period *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Investigation of Large Store Layout for a Certain Retail Chain

Improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through the analysis of usage data from large stores!

We would like to introduce a case study in which a large electronics retail store implemented an initiative to digitize customer flow within the store and the circulation situation across different floors, supporting the efficiency of store operations and improving customer satisfaction. In this store, there were numerous inflows from the multi-story parking lot in addition to the external entrances, making it difficult to centrally grasp customer trends. There were challenges such as certain areas becoming crowded and the need for strategies to enhance circulation. By utilizing IoT sensors and a Windows-compatible on-premises data collection application, we supported the optimization of store operations by visualizing the flow and circulation of visitors. By applying these insights, it becomes possible to expand to shopping malls and other commercial facilities, potentially contributing to operational efficiency and improved customer satisfaction. [Challenges] - Diverse entrances - Variety of circulation methods - Occurrence of congestion *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
